1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to CZ SPORTSWEAR CO. These Terms govern all orders, custom manufacturing, and wholesale supply of boxing, MMA, martial arts and fitness apparel. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. BUSINESS MODEL - B2B WHOLESALE & CUSTOM MANUFACTURING

We are a manufacturer and wholesale supplier. We do not operate as a retail store. All products are made to order with your custom logo / private label.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

Boxing Gloves / MMA Gloves: 10 pairs

Head Guards / Focus Pads / Shin Guards: 10 pairs

Hand Wraps: 50 pairs

BJJ Gi / Uniforms / Rash Guards: 5 pcs

Punching Bags: 10 pcs

3. CUSTOMIZATION & ARTWORK

a) Free mockup / digital sample provided before production.

b) Customer must approve mockup via email/WhatsApp. Production starts only after written approval.

c) Logo methods: Embroidery, Screen Printing, Sublimation, Leather Embossing.

d) Colors may vary slightly (5-10%) due to dye lot and screen resolution. This is not a defect.

4. PRICING

a) All prices are FOB Sialkot, in USD.

b) Prices are valid for 14 days from quotation.

c) Price includes custom logo but excludes shipping, duties, and taxes.

d) We reserve the right to adjust prices due to raw material fluctuation for orders delayed >30 days.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

a) Sample Orders: 100% advance.

b) Bulk Orders: 50% advance to start production, 50% before shipment (after production photos/video).

c) Payment Methods: PayPal, Wise, Western Union, MoneyGram, Bank Transfer (TT).

d) All bank charges on customer side.

6. SAMPLING

Paid samples available. Sample cost is adjustable in bulk order (if order > MOQ). Sample lead time: 3-5 days.

7. PRODUCTION & LEAD TIME

a) Standard Lead Time: 10-15 working days after artwork approval and advance payment.

b) Large orders (500+ pcs): 15-20 working days.

c) Delays due to force majeure, holidays (Eid), or customs are not our liability.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

a) Courier Partners: DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD for Europe.

b) Shipping Cost: Calculated by weight/volumetric weight. Free shipping only if offered in writing.

c) Delivery Time: 4-6 working days after dispatch (DHL Express).

d) Customer is responsible for import duties, VAT, customs clearance in destination country.

e) Tracking number provided after shipment.
