Manufacturing Warranty

CZ SPORTSWEAR CO warrants products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from purchase. Warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, or misuse. If a defect occurs, contact us immediately with photos/video and order number for analysis.

Exchanges

We exchange only defective or damaged items within 30 days. Email us at [email protected] with subject "Exchange of Defective Item" and include order number, invoice, and photos/video of damage.

Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. Item must be unused and in original condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Customer pays return shipping. Initial shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Email  [email protected] with subject "Return Inquiry" to start

Refunds

After inspection, we will notify you of refund approval. Approved refunds are processed within 20 days to original payment method. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
